The Nintendo 3DS title Fantasy Life is getting some DLC over in Japan. Those who have the original game will be able to purchase it for 2,000 yen while Level-5 also plans to release the full game with the extra content for 4,980 yen. They are both scheduled to release on July 25th. Here is a list of what this new DLC will add:

- 4-player online co-op with friends
- Link Mode: exchange messages with friends and keep tabs on their progress when online
- New website will feature forums, stats, and screenshots albums
- New island that contains new items and monsters

Now we just need to wait on an announcement for a localization for this game.

The most recent issue of the Japanese magazine Famitsu is teasing information for their next issue that is due to be released next week:

“Entry of a new title produced by that popular game maker!”
“New information get on titles attracting attention overseas!”
“‘That news’ the world has long-awaited announced at last!”

Could any of these be Nintendo related? What is this news the world has been waiting for?

The following is coming from EA’s chief financial officer, Blake Jorgensen:

“You know I will ultimately let consumers vote on PS vs. Xbox. You know I think Nintendo’s business was more of an extension of their last console. We are building titles for the Nintendo consoles, but not anywhere near as many as we are for PS or Xbox. You know, what I think the consumer will find is a lot more powerful gameplay with the new boxes that are coming out, and a lot of excitement, but it will remain to be seen as to the services associated with those how the consumers decide which direction they want to go.”

According to Jorgensen, EA is indeed working on games for “the Nintendo consoles.” The thing is though, they are not developing “anywhere near as many” games for the systems compared to Playstation and the Xbox.

The following is coming from Natsume CEO and president, Hiro Maekawa:

“We’re excited to show the media the fruit of the past year’s promise to provide more digital titles at next month’s E3 Expo.”

Looks like we can expect Natsume to be showing off some digital games at this years E3. Maybe we will see some of these digital titles hit the Wii U or 3DS.

The consoles listed in the stretch goals will happen regardless of if we meet the stretch goals or not. But it will take longer than if we do meet the stretch goals. This could be a good opportunity for the wishful to pledge $15 and up and then when the game comes out on console later, it will be a good reason to explore Planet Gomi a second time!

The Italian and Australian Wii U box arts for Batman: Arkham Origins promote the Deathstroke DLC pre-order bonus, while North America and other parts of Europe do not. On the other hand, an official press release for the game didn’t mention the Deathstroke DLC heading to the Wii U. Is it coming or not?
