Flipnote Memo for 3DS Still Being Worked on?

Are you still waiting for the Nintendo 3DS title Flipnote Memo? Well, it looks like Nintendo is actually still working on this title as you can see from the picture above. Flipnote for the Nintendo 3DS was talked about a while ago, but there pretty much hasn’t been any talk about this application. When could Flipnote for the 3DS get released?

   I was just wanting to know when flipnote memo was going to come out because my dsi doesnt charge anymore so i was just wondering because i really feel like creating a flipnote right now.
