Chandra from Official Nintendo Magazine had this to say about Nintendo news coming soon:

“Keep the faith nintendo fans. You won’t see much at gamescom other than ubi updates but the good stuff IS just around the corner. …frustrating for me too but there is stuff coming soon.”

Chandra doesn’t specify which system the news will be for, but Nintendo is going to be having some sort of event where they will announce the pricing, release date, and what will be included inside the Wii U box. Nintendo will probably announce all this during a Nintendo Direct presentation. There will probably be some more unannounced games that will be revealed around that time also. We just have to play the waiting game.
