Recently Kit Ellis of Nintendo stated in an IGN preview video that New Super Mario Bros. U would be coming out not that long after the launch of the system. Now we have Kit Ellis saying that what he said was a mistake. The New Super Mario Bros. U release date is still as Nintendo originally planned and is slated for a ‘Holiday 2012′ release date. Plus, Iwata has stated before that New Super Mario Bros. U would be out on launch day, so maybe that will be true.
