Nintendo has sent out invitations to certain media outlets telling them that Nintendo will be holding a Wii U press event that will be hosted by Reggie Fils-Aime in New York City on September 13th where they will tell us ”more about how the Wii U will change the future of gaming and entertainment.”
The last time there was an event in New York City with Reggie Fils-Aime hosting it was in January 2011 where they revealed the pricing and release date of the Nintendo 3DS. Looks like Nintendo is going to reveal the pricing and release date of the Wii U on September 13th.
