Nintendo 3DS Blue Pink Sept 28 2012 New Shimmer Pink and Cerulean Blue 3DS Colors Announced

Nintendo has announced that Taiwan and Hong Kong will be receiving two new colors for the Nintendo 3DS called Cerulean Blue and Shimmer Pink. These two 3DS colors will be released in those areas on September 28th. Will these colors ever make it to other regions?
