New Super Mario Bros. 2 eShop Price Changed to TBD

The other day the eShop price for New Super Mario Bros. 2 was listed as $39.99, but now Nintendo has changed it to TBD. Does this mean that they mighty drop the price for a digital download of New Super Mario Bros. 2?
