Nintendo of America has announced that those who purchase a Nintendo 3DS XL console between March 21st and April 30th along with either Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon or Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity and register them on Club Nintendo, Nintendo will offer you a free game. You will be able to receive a download code for either Super Mario 3D Land, Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask, Art Academy: Lessons for Everyone!, Star Fox 64 3D, Freakyforms Deluxe: Your Creations, Alive!
Nintendo of America has revealed on Twitter that they are re-releasing the Pink and White Nintendo 3DS XL. I don’t know how long they are going to be producing them, but if you have been wanting this color you can go ahead and purchase one!
Best Buy has the Red/Black and Blue/Black Nintendo 3DS XL systems on sale right now for $169.99 each. The regular price for the Nintendo 3DS XL is $199.99 so you are saving $30. You don’t have a 3DS XL yet and you want a deal you can purchase one at this link HERE.
The Charizard Nintendo 3DS XL system that you see above can now be purchased as of February 9th by members of the Pokemon Daisuki Club. So, if you are a member of that then you might be happy about this.
It was announced at a recent event in Chile that the Pikachu Nintendo 3DS XL will be releasing in that area. People are speculating that since the Nintendo systems that are sold in Chile are the same ones that are sold in North America Nintendo is going to be announcing that the Pikachu 3DS XL will be arriving in North America. I guess we will just have to wait and see.
You may have a hard time finding the Pink and White Nintendo 3DS XL at retailers because according to a Nintendo customer service representative the color was “limited edition.” The representative also states that “there have been no announcements regarding its re-release,” so it looks like this color is gone for now. You can always try to find one on the internet though.

The Pikachu Nintendo 3DS XL is also heading to South Korea. It will be arriving in that country on December 13, 2012. Still no word if this Pikachu 3DS XL will head to North America.

It has been revealed that the above three Mario themed Nintendo 3DS XL systems will be heading to China in December. They will come with pre-installed digital copies of Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7 on them. Now, if you happen to import one of these, remember that it can only play games from that particular region.
