Nintendo of America has announced during the latest Nintendo Direct presentation that they are currently working on 10 more lessons for Art Academy: Lessons for Everyone right now that will be available in the form of DLC.
Below you can read some details concerning New Art Academy that will be coming out for the Nintendo 3DS system:
- teaches users the basics of drawing and painting
- offers more advanced lessons as well
- offers drawing and painting techniques, materials and styles
- certain image references for these lessons will be displayed as 3D videos
- new lessons will be offered as DLC (not known if this is paid or free)
- create with virtual pencils and paints, colour pencils, pastels, scratch pads, and more
- includes a color wheel for complimentary colors
- Blending tool for blending pastel colors together
- share creations through wifi, StreetPass or Swapnote
- create and distribute your own lessons
- in-game virtual museum where you can hang your own paintings
