The first issue of Nintendo Force brought with it some details for the upcoming Nintendo Wii U eShop title Mutant Mudds Deluxe. This game will include 20 brand new levels that will take place in a “parallel universe” where there are old enemies that are now ghostified. Plus, there will also be brand new ghost monsters. Now, Max’s water cannon will not be able to take down these ghost creatures so he has to use the temporary power-up “Ghost Shot.”
The new levels will accesible through a door on the main hub that will take you to the parallel universe. You will only be able to access the levels once you beat the original 20 levels.
Renegade Kid is also thinking about adding in Miiverse commenting so players can get help if they are having a hard time. This feature is still just a possibility so it may not make it into the final build.

They appear as large signs that when the player crosses them the players progress will be marked. If you should die later in the level you will be transported back to that checkpoint.
