We know that Onipunks’ Kickstarter project C-Wars is coming to the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, but will they take advantage of the stereoscopic 3D of the 3DS system? In an interview with Cubed3, Sally Liu of Onipunks stated the following about using the 3D:
We’ll see about that. We haven’t ordered the actual Nintendo 3DS dev-kits yet. We will do the best on our part to fully support that magnificent device.
As for how they will use the Wii U GamePad, she stated:
The control will be very similar to 3DS, but we can’t confirm it yet. We need to work on the real device to determinate it, so it’s a little early to talk about details.
A SEGA representative has confirmed that Sonic Lost World and Mario and Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games are two of the three Sonic games that are part of Nintendo and SEGA’s partnership agreement. Now we just need to wait for the announcement of the three exclusive Sonic game. Is it going to be a Sonic racer?

Bob Summerwill, the Senior SE and Architect and EA Sports, doesn’t think very fondly of Nintendo latest home console. He voiced his opinion about the Wii U on Twitter and stated that it is does not have as much power as the Xbox 360 and that Nintendo should have pulled a SEGA. Steve Lycett of Sumo Digital seems to be hinting that Mario and Sonic may be featured in a upcoming racing game. Could Mario make an appearance in the next Sonic & All-Stars Racing game? I guess time will tell!
SEGA(R) of America Inc. and SEGA(R) Europe Ltd. today announced details of an exclusive partnership with Nintendo of America Inc. and Nintendo of Europe GmbH for the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. The new agreement will make Nintendo consoles the number one destination for Sonic gaming over the next three titles with more details of the individual games being revealed in the coming weeks.
Look like Nintendo isn’t just getting Sonic Lost World as an exclusive game to the Nintendo Wii U and 3DS, but two other Sonic games as well. I’m not sure if the recently announced Mario and Sonic game counts, but what do you think the other Sonic games are?
The following statement is coming from an EA spokesperson when speaking with EuroGamer:
“Ten months ago FIFA 13 was a launch title on Wii U. Although the game featured FIFA’s award-winning HD gameplay and innovative new ways to play, the commercial results were disappointing. We have decided not to develop FIFA 14 on Wii U.”
Apparently EA is not developing the next FIFA game for the Nintendo Wii U because FIFA 13 didn’t sell very well on the system. What do you think about this?
